Chinese beliefs and world-view
Chinese beliefs are predominantly expressions of cultural characteristics, ethics and philosophy that have been widely observed by the Chinese over many generations. The guiding principles and theological dimensions of Confucianism and Taoism have long been the mainstay of Chinese culture. These beliefs focus on filial piety, ancestor worship and good behaviour. The Chinese believe that all virtuous actions will guide one to the path decided by Heavenly Will.
