The caves of Mulu portray a spectacular subterranean world which is still evolving. The relentless activity of underground water in humid tropical areas produces caves and passages renowned for their immense size. At the same time, drops of water drip slowly from cave ceilings to craft some of the most delicate and intricate limestone sculptures.
