Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) is Malaysia's national electricity utility company. TNB’s core activities are in the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity. TNB also remains a major player in electricity generation.
The TNB Group has a complete power system, including the National Grid, Customer Service Centres, Call Management Centres, and administration offices throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah.
Through its subsidiaries, TNB is also involved in the manufacturing of transformers, high voltage switchgears and cables; provides professional consultancy services, architectural, civil and electrical engineering works and services, repair and maintenance services and
fuel; and undertakes research and development, property development, and project management services.
TNB also offers higher education through its university, Universiti Tenaga Nasional.
