Pernec Corporation Bhd(PERNEC) is a Malaysian joint-venture company between Amanah Raya Berhad(Skim Amanah Saham Bumiputera), NEC Corporation of Japan and Permodalan Nasional Berhad or PNB.
It was incorporated in April 1973 and currently has 8 active subsidiaries. One of its subsidiaries is the manufacturing plant situated at Sg Petani, Kedah. The total manpower of Pernec group of companies is around 1,100 staff.
In Malaysia, PERNEC is one of the leading providers of Information & Communication Technology(ICT) solutions to Telecommunications Operators.
Backed by more than 30 years of experience in ICT projects, PERNEC's expertise in the industry permeates all aspects of its operation and business.
